Cardiff City fans celebrate promotion to Premier League
Cardiff City sealed promotion to the Premier League during incredible scenes as fans celebrated.
The club says it has already started planning for life with the elite with owner Vincent Tan saying he is prepared to spend up to £25m to improve the team.
