Radio Wales Music Day: Musicians put on the right track

As BBC Radio Wales celebrates its annual Music Day the station takes a closer look at up-and-coming talent.

But how does an unknown make his or her way into the mainstream of Welsh music?

A project in Carmarthenshire is literally putting young musicians on the right track by getting them to play to passengers on trains on the Heart of Wales railway line.
