Welsh Secretary David Jones' 'Soviet' business attack
Welsh Secretary David Jones has renewed his attack on the Welsh government, claiming a "Soviet-style" system of enterprise zones is "holding Wales back".
Mr Jones said regulations in industries such as construction were more onerous in Wales than they were in England and the Welsh government had to take some of the responsibility for that.
He spoke to Vaughan Roderick on BBC Radio Wales' Sunday Supplement as the Welsh Conservatives held their spring conference in Swansea.
