Nantgarw Chinaworks Museum attacks heritage theft

Paving slabs dating from the 18th Century have been stolen from a pottery museum in south Wales, with trustees saying they are "irreplaceable".

Around 200 stones, dating back to 1780 when Nantgarw House was built, were lifted sometime on Friday or Saturday. The site is home to a porcelain works, believed to be the oldest in the UK surviving from the 19th Century.

Mike Morris, from Nantgarw Chinaworks Museum, said they were devastated.
