University Hospital of Wales treating children in Rhoose crash
Four children are being treated at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff after a serious car crash outside a school in south Wales.
Emergency services were called to Fontygary Road, Rhoose near Rhws Primary school at 08:50 BST after a car overturned.
A total of five children and four adults were involved in the incident and all were taken to hospital.
One of the children, a nine-year-old girl, is being treated for head injuries in paediatric intensive care at the University Hospital of Wales.
An adult was discharged from the hospital earlier on Thursday.
Dr George Findlay, clinical board director at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, updated BBC Wales Today reporter Jordan Davies on the children's condition.
