Rhoose school crash driver 'not to blame', says hurt child's dad

The father of one of the children injured when a car crashed outside a Vale of Glamorgan school says he does not blame the driver in any way, saying it was a "freak accident".

Nine people were injured including five Rhws Primary School pupils and a lollipop lady as parents took their children to school on Thursday.

Matthew Roymon, who lives opposite the driver Robert Bell, told BBC Wales Today's Nick Palit his daughter was still in hospital with injuries to a tendon in her hand and a broken nose.

He said it felt like the "world was collapsing" at the time.
