Andrew RT Davies says new education minister should make changes

Welsh Conservative leader Andrew RT Davies calls for the new education minister to make changes to give schools more control over their funding rather than the money "being left at the county hall".

He was speaking to Bethan Rhys Roberts following the resignation of Education Minister Leighton Andrews after a row over his defence of a school which faced closure under his own surplus places policy.
