Budget cut 'moderate' says Welsh Secretary David Jones

Welsh Secretary David Jones has described the budget cuts announced for Wales in the spending review as "moderate".

The Welsh government has been told it will get £13.6bn in funding from the Treasury in 2015 - a 2% cut after inflation.

The Welsh secretary told BBC Wales' David Cornock that a decision to protect some areas of spending in England has led to benefits for Wales.
