Fewer headteachers due to work pressure, says NAHT

Fewer people want to become headteachers, according to the National Association of Headteachers, which is blaming stress and a lack of training.

Figures obtained by BBC Wales show that Gwynedd council had to re-advertise 22 headteacher posts in the past five years.
