Somme memorial to Welsh regiments renovation set to start

Work is about to get underway to renovate a memorial for the soldiers of the Welsh division who fought in one of the bloodiest battles of World War I.

In 1916, nearly 4,000 men from Welsh regiments were either killed or wounded in just five days at Mametz Wood, in the Somme in France.

From there, Roger Pinney reports.
