Dismay as communities in Wales left out of fuel duty cut bid list
Five remote areas of Wales which had been earmarked for a fuel discount scheme have not been included in a final list submitted to the EU for a fuel rebate.
One Welsh MP says he will be lobbying the UK treasury to try and persuade them to change their minds.
