Prime Minister attacks Labour's NHS record in Wales

David Cameron attacked the record of the NHS in Wales, criticising the Labour-led Welsh government.

During the prime minister's weekly Commons question session in Parliament, Mr Cameron told MPs there was "a crisis every day of the week in Wales".

He also dismissed Labour leader Ed Miliband's claim that NHS accident and emergency services in England are in "crisis".

A Welsh government spokesman said: "Faced with serious questions about redundancies in the NHS in England it is regrettable that the prime minister chose to launch an inaccurate attack on the NHS in Wales."

Parliamentary correspondent David Cornock explains more.
