Can Welsh firms afford a 'living wage'?

Union leaders claim the Welsh economy would be £150m better off if firms paid their workers what they call a living wage.

The TUC said hourly pay of £7.45 would help boost living standards, increase taxes paid, and cut benefit payments.

But some companies argue that higher pay would mean fewer jobs.
