Can Welsh firms afford a 'living wage'?

Union leaders claim the Welsh economy would be £150m better off if firms paid their workers what they call a living wage.

The TUC said hourly pay of £7.45 would help boost living standards, increase taxes paid, and cut benefit payments.

But some companies argue that higher pay would mean fewer jobs.

BBC Wales' economy correspondent Sarah Dickins has spent the day at one company in Brecon, Powys, to see what they make of it.
