Farmers fear over payments cuts by Welsh government

Many farmers say they are worried about uncertainties with further cuts to farm payments from Europe looming.

The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) subsidises the industry and fixes prices and food production levels.

But there are concerned proposals to alter it after 2013 could affect funding levels.

There are fears the cuts could be as much as 15%.
