MBE 'proper tidy' for Ruth Jones

Comedy actress and writer Ruth Jones has called her MBE "proper tidy" after her award in the New Year honours list.

The Gavin and Stacey star told BBC News she "couldn't quite get her head around it" and had kept it secret for a long time.

She joked: "Are there any special powers you get?

"You're being paid a huge compliment. I'm very shocked and delighted."
