Warning over future of advice agencies

As funding cuts take their toll, advice agencies are buckling under the strain leaving ordinary people with nowhere to turn for help.

That is the warning from the Low Commission, which was set up to assess the impact of UK government cuts in legal aid.

The Commission is now calling for a £100m investment to ensure a basic provision of support for everyone who needs it.
