Wales is preparing to send its biggest ever team to the Commonwealth Games due to be held in Scotland in six months.

More than a hundred coaches and support staff are working with 220 athletes for the games which will be held in Glasgow.

BBC Wales' Ashleigh Crowter went to Glasgow to find out what they can expect.
