Welfare reform hitting most vulnerable, says Jeff Cuthbert

Welfare reform is "hitting the most vulnerable" in Wales, according to the minister for communities and tackling poverty.

Jeff Cuthbert told Mai Davies of BBC Radio Wales that a Welsh government report had found that the Welsh economy was losing £930m a year because of benefit cuts.

The UK Department for Work and Pensions says 200,000 people in Wales will be better off by £163 a month when universal credit is rolled out fully.
