Revamped Cardiff University course 'valuable' for medics

A medical student at Cardiff University says a revamped course has left her wanting to work in Wales after graduating.

The School of Medicine has changed its degree to give students more time with patients under the course aimed at getting them to stay as junior doctors.

Sarah Morgan, who is originally from Cornwall, told Mai Davies of BBC Radio Wales the course has given her experience she would not normally have until her third year.
