Cost to Welsh woodlands of winter storms

As we head into the longer days of spring and summer, many people will be looking forward to making use of what the woodlands of Wales have to offer.

But it has been estimated that the winter storms have caused over £1m of damage with thousands of trees knocked down in the winds.

There has been an impact too on visitor attractions.
