Mountain bike trails 'good news for economy'

The outdoor activities sector is worth almost £500m to the Welsh economy, new figures show.

The research was undertaken by Visit Wales in partnership with the Wales Active Tourism Organisation which represents more than 600 tourism operators in Wales.

BBC Radio Wales' Gilbert John spoke to cyclists using the Brechfa Mountain Bike trail near Carmarthen.
