Former world and European athletics champion Iwan Thomas says he is honoured and proud to be part of the Queen's Baton Relay.

The 400m runner carried the baton in Bala, Gwynedd at the Urdd Eisteddfod.

BBC Wales reporter Cemlyn Davies spoke to Thomas as he took his turn with the baton.
