Queen's baton reaches Snowdon summit on tour of Wales

The Queen's baton has reached the highest point in Wales on day six of its visit.

Runners from Eryri Harriers completed the five-mile journey up Snowdon where the baton was handed to Paralympic gold medal-winning discus thrower Aled Davies.

It was later carried along the Menai Strait by BBC The One Show's Alex Jones after visiting Anglesey.
