Probe into claims minister broke government rules

The First Minister Carwyn Jones has ordered an inquiry into whether one of his ministers broke government rules.

Environment minister Alun Davies intervened over a multi-mullion pound race track in Ebbw Vale.

The investigation will look into whether his actions as the local AM for Blaenau Gwent were in conflict with his role as a minister.
