Swansea prison is most overcrowded in Wales and England

The situation at one of Wales' adult prisons was the subject of an urgent question at Westminster.

It has emerged that Swansea is the most overcrowded prison in England and Wales.

The Chief Inspector of Prisons says the system is not coping and has described the situation as "extremely serious".
