Prototype lifeboat sails again off Llantwit Major

Maritime history has been made in the Vale of Glamorgan, as the world's oldest surviving inshore lifeboat took to the waves, for the first time in half a century.

It was back in the 1960s that staff and students at Atlantic College, came up with the iconic design for the Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat - or RIB.

Carwyn Jones went along to witness the voyage.
