Purchase order for derelict former Denbigh hospital

The owners of a derelict former Victorian hospital in Denbigh have been served with a compulsory purchase order after a long-running dispute with the council.

The North Wales hospital site has fallen into disrepair since it was closed in 1995. It was bought by a developer wanting to build homes and offices but no work was ever started.
