'Shock' in Rumney as four men arrested on slavery charges
A councillor has told of the shock and worry she expects her community to feel over four arrests over alleged slavery and kidnap.
Jacqueline Parry spoke to BBC Wales after four men from Rumney, Cardiff, were held following raids by Operation Imperial officers from Gwent Police.
The men aged 57, 37, 34 and 33, are in custody at Ystrad Mynach police station.
She said: "You do not expect it in a suburban area, an area where people know each other, where there are communities."
