Carwyn Jones: Alun Davies was 'on edge of a cliff'

First Minister Carwyn Jones said it would be helpful if former Environment Minister Alun Davies apologised to five AMs after he requested financial information about them.

Mr Davies was sacked on Tuesday for putting pressure on officials for private information about opposition AMs.

Mr Jones said he had told Mr Davies he stood on the edge of a cliff last week because of a row over a proposed racetrack in his Blaenau Gwent constituency.
