Conductor Owain Arwel Hughes risks losses over Proms

One of Wales' best-known conductors could be left out of pocket after he agreed to act as a guarantor for this year's Welsh Proms.

Owain Arwel Hughes may have to use his own money after the local authority reduced its funding.
