Edwina Hart expects legal challenge on M4 relief road

Welsh Transport Minister Edwina Hart says she is sure there will be a legal challenge over her decision to invest £1bn in a new motorway to the south of Newport.

She told BBC Wales that legal challenges of major infrastructure projects were "the reality of the world I work in".
