Care home neglect witnesses urged to help inquiry
Families who claim their loved ones were neglected in care homes in south Wales are urging anyone who knew what was happening to give evidence to an independent inquiry.
Operation Jasmine - the biggest investigation into alleged care home neglect - collapsed last year after one of the main defendants in a court case suffered a brain injury and could not stand trial.
The investigation by Gwent Police had cost £11m and identified 100 potential victims.
