Man saved after charity shop fire in Pontypool

Around 50 firefighters fought a blaze at a town centre charity shop in Pontypool, Torfaen during the early hours of Friday.

A man in a flat above the shop had to be rescued after being overcome with smoke.

South Wales Fire Service's Phil Pinches spoke to BBC Wales.
