Sir Ben Ainslie skippers British crew at Cardiff Bay race

Olympic and America's Cup legend Sir Ben Ainslie is skippering the British crew of a high performance sailing boat racing in Cardiff Bay this weekend.

Up to 11 elite teams from around the world are to battle it out on catamarans in the British leg of the Extreme Sailing Series.
