Nato police film 'thank you' message after summit
Officers representing the thousands of police that looked after security for the Nato summit in Newport have filmed a thank you message.
Nearly 10,000 officers from 43 forces descended on both Cardiff and Newport for last week's two-day event at the Celtic Manor Resort.
Many spent 10 days working 12 hour long shifts, as they policed the ring of steel and protests during the summit.
But with just 31 Nato-related arrests, the event has been viewed an overwhelming success by police chiefs.
And the officers on the frontline responded with this message, which has been put online on YouTube.
