Wales 'must learn' from Scots vote, says Lord Dafydd Wigley

The former leader of Plaid Cymru has said Wales must learn from the "tremendous campaign" for independence in Scotland if further devolution is wanted here.

Lord Dafydd Wigley said Scotland had been energised by the vote and if Wales wanted emulate it, it needed more representation in Westminster and the same sort of leadership in the Welsh Assembly as shown by Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond.
