Wales must think more radically on devolution, says AM

Plaid Cymru AM Dafydd Elis-Thomas has said Wales must think more radically when it comes to the prospect of further devolution.

The Dwyfor Meirionnydd AM said it must learn from the pro-independence campaign in Scotland and push for greater powers under a reformed Wales Bill.
