Miliband to review Barnett formula for Wales
Labour leader Ed Miliband has promised to look at the funding of Wales as part of a wide-ranging review of powers across the UK.
The main parties have all pledged to examine the pattern of devolution across the UK after Scotland voted no to independence in the referendum.
First Minister Carwyn Jones and other party leaders in Wales have claimed that the Barnett formula which determines extra spending across the UK underfunds Wales by as much as £300m a year.
Mr Miliband told BBC Wales parliamentary correspondent David Cornock he would honour a pledge to Scotland to keep the Barnett formula, but will also examine its impact on Wales.
