Llanrwst flat fire victims 'two lovely lads'

The undertaker who is the only survivor of a fire in which two friends died has described how he "can't make sense of it".

The funeral of Doug McTavish, 39, has been held in Llanrwst, Conwy valley, a week after flames swept through a flat.

His business partner Garry Lloyd Jones, 48, also lost his partner, Bernard Hender, 19.

"They were two lovely lads in different ways," said Mr Lloyd Jones, who has arranged both funerals.
