UKIP officially opens office at Shotton, Flintshire

UKIP's deputy leader has said he agrees with his boss Nigel Farage's claims that immigration was partly to blame for congestion on the M4 motorway.

Mr Farage made the comment after failing to arrive in time for a function in Wales on Friday.

Today, UKIP deputy leader, Paul Nuttall, was in Shotton, Flintshire, to open the party's new constituency office.

Roger Pinney reports.
