Rugby player's 'excruciating' three-hour ambulance wait

A rugby player who waited for three hours for ambulance to arrive after breaking his leg said he was left in "excruciating" pain.

Luigi Segadelli, 30, broke his tibia and fibula while playing for Morriston RFC in Swansea.

The Welsh Ambulance Service said emergency demand was "unprecedented".

Mr Segadelli spoke to Hywel Griffiths.
