Allotment push to free up more land in Wales for home growers

More people will be given the chance to "grow their own" if plans to free up land for use as allotments bear fruit.

Local authorities will be urged to provide more plots and make better use of existing sites under new guidelines.

Natural Resources Minister Carl Sargeant said more could be done.
