Hope missing Towy River boy, 11, is alive
Police remain hopeful a missing schoolboy who may have fallen into a river could be found alive.
Dyfed-Powys Police has said it is not "100% sure" the 11-year-old from Carmarthen went into the River Towy.
On Tuesday he had been playing with his brother on a concrete platform by the river when he fell at about 16:00 GMT.
But Insp Eric Evans said there was always an "element of doubt" when dealing with children.
Firefighters, the coastguard, a lifeboat crew and an RAF Sea King rescue helicopter joined the search.
Matt Murray reports.
