Schools must 'keep up with pupils' digital world'

A former chief inspector of schools has proposed radical changes to the national curriculum in Wales.

Professor Graham Donaldson wants computer programming and IT in all lessons to be as important as literacy and numeracy.

He told BBC Radio Wales schools needed to keep up with the way the digital world influenced the lives of children in their day-to-day lives.
