Funding hope to increase youth diversity in Welsh sport

More than £2m has been handed out to give more young people in Wales a chance to play sport.

Although overall participation has increased, research shows that young people from black and minority ethnic backgrounds are less likely to get involved.

Sport Wales hopes to tackle the problem with the £2.35m Lottery funding it has secured for its Calls4Action grant scheme.
