Stephen Crabb: No Assembly votes for 16 year olds in 2016

Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb explains to the BBC's Vaughan Roderick that 16 and 17 year olds will not be able to vote in next year's Assembly elections.

The ability to lower the voting age will be devolved, but he said it is "too ambitious" to expect that to happen in time.

Mr Crabb said draft legislation on further powers for Wales will be scrutinised in the UK Parliament and should be brought forward early next year.

The Welsh Assembly elections are due to take place in May 2016.
