Crabb on plans to 'rewrite devolution settlement for Wales'
Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb has said his party will "rewrite the entire devolution settlement for Wales."
The Preseli Pembrokeshire MP was responding to the Queen's Speech which outlined the new Conservative government's priorities.
Decisions on some major energy projects including fracking will be handed to the assembly, along with taxi and bus regulation, and the voting age.
Mr Crabb added that there would be a new Wales Bill within the first year of this parliament.
