Cardiff council enforcement car to target motorists

Motorists in Cardiff who park illegally and ignore traffic regulations are to be targeted by an enforcement car run by the council rather than police officers.

The vehicle uses number plate recognition technology which enables the council to send parking tickets directly to the driver's home.
