Rhyl resort has eye on kite surfing Olympic bid
Enthusiasts hope kite surfing will soon become a recognised Olympic sport - and that could make one north Wales resort town a must-visit destination.
The sport uses a parachute-like kite to pull surfers over waves and, according to some, the Denbighshire sands at Rhyl are perfect.
BBC Wales' Matthew Richards went to find out more from instructor Simon Jones - and was thrown in the deep end.
