SAS deaths: Widow reacts to coroner's verdict of neglect

The families of three reservists who died on an SAS selection march have made a statement on the coroner's verdict that the men would have survived if the hike was stopped when other soldiers fell.

L/Cpl Edward Maher died as a result of hyperthermia during the Brecon Beacons march on one of the hottest days of the year in July 2013.

L/Cpl Craig Roberts and Cpl James Dunsby also collapsed and later died from the effects of overheating.

The coroner reached a conclusion of neglect.

Cpl Dunsby's widow Bryher called for the Army to learn from "countless and embarrassing" failings.
